To overcome something, is not the easiest task. It takes patience physically, mentally, as well as emotionally. Although, it may not be easy, it is very manageable and achievable. With a few steps you can overcome anything. It starts with the mental process of things. For example, if you need to overcome a debt, do you just take the next paycheck and pay off the debt without considering other bills that may be on a higher priority list? Or do you take the mental time to prepare and budget how you can pay the debt in a timely matter? I believe the second one would be the best option because the goal is to overcome your debt, not add more debt into the picture.
